Orthopedic Pants are designed to help prevent children's hip problems.

To use with orthopedic diaper covers, you'll need cotton square diapers as inserts. You can choose from the Classic, LUX, or organic cotton XKKO Organic Old Times range.

XKKO Orthopedic Pants feature an inner layer of cotton terry with a PUL layer and an outer layer of cotton twill. 

Velcro fastening.

Size 1: Suitable from birth to about 4 weeks, depending on the baby’s size and the number of diapers added.

inner side -   80% cotton/20% polyester with PUL

Washing instructions:

Washing at 30 degrees Celsius.

When washing, we recommend not using bleaching agents.

Do not iron.

Dry at lower temperatures.
